We are looking for an experienced Finance Order to Cash specialist with the ability to understand end-to-end processes from both a finance and business/insurance customer perspective. Most high-volume and routine transactions are outsourced and therefore your responsibility will be to supervise and improve the quality of the daily activities performed by our outsourcing (BPO) partner in India. You will have a central role in connecting incoming and outgoing cash flows related to premiums and claims with all areas of the business. Specific responsibility areas for this role are: Oversee daily Accounts Receivable activities and handle exceptions escalated from the offshore team Monitor daily activities to proactively prevent creation of backlogs within the Accounts Receivable processes incl. within accounts reconciliations Identify areas in the end-to-end process with potential for optimisation Ensure alignment with business areas on service level and roles and responsibilities in the end-to-end process Ensure SOPs agreed with BPO partner are updated when required and kept at required quality level Use experience to optimise end-to-end processes Your profile We believe that you have a degree in finance/economics or related field and around 5 years' experience working with accounting and operational processes.
