O processo levou 8 semanas. Fui entrevistado na National Geographic (Washington, DC) Entrevista I had two phone interviews, was invited to come in for an interview. The interview was with four individuals and a three-person panel. A long day but everyone was cordial. Some interviewers were tougher than others. Overall, I felt welcomed and respected. The recruiter reached out a couple of weeks later to say they weren't interested in hiring me. Then a week later she reached back out and asked if I was still interested and sent me a pretty extensive assignment. I said that I was interested in moving forward but would like to know where I stood in the interview process/ would like a notice saying the company wouldn't use the copy I write for its platforms. Totally ghosted after that. The interview process lasted more than two months for a three-month contract.
Had to email them myself 2 weeks later because I hadn't heard anything. Actual interview comes around and.... WORST INTERVIEW EVER. It was a zoom call with a member of the DC team and someone from corporate in California. It was like a big game of gotcha. They asked me zero (0) questions about myself and instead took turns firing off gotcha questions for 30 minutes. I seemed like the first interview the girls who interviewed me had done so I'll cut them some slack. But it was soooooo awkward Perguntas da entrevista Zero technical questions.
