INCONSISTENT! You get left hanging one too many times and they think it's funny or something. They don't care that people need to survive- they don't pay nearly enough for some of the rudeness you have to put up with. Cons They'll drop you and ignore you because they love hurting people Great management. They are really good at working with your schedule. This job works really well as a second job. You don't always get very many hours. You get to pick the shifts you want to work though, which is really nice if you have kids and can only work certain schedules. There is little to no work life balance with Open Systems. Often time you will work well over 40 hours per week receiving calls at all hours of every day from workers and clients. The workers and clientele are very difficult to communicate with due to lack of education and understanding. The operations are also very inefficient with most duties being completely unnecessary and can be considered busy work. A lot of things could be changed to contribute to the poor work environment.

2 The purpose of this new guidance is to describe for Maryland State and local governments the current legal landscape governing the participation of law enforcement officials in immigration enforcement, and to help those officials make decisions about how to engage with federal immigration officers. This guidance reaches several legal conclusions for State and local law enforcement agencies ( LEAs) to consider as they interact with federal immigration law and officials: 1. LEAs face potential liability exposure if they seek to enforce federal immigration laws, particularly if they do so outside the context of a federal cooperation agreement under 8 1357(g)(1). 3 2. LEAs must absorb all costs associated with federal cooperation agreements under 8 1357(g)(1). The federal government does 1 Letter from Adam D. Snyder, Chief Counsel, Opinions & Advice, to the Hon. Douglas W. Mullendore, Washington County Sheriff (Aug. 14, 2014). 2 This guidance applies equally to all non-federal law enforcement officers and agencies, whether they operate at the municipal, county, or state level.
